Will my travel insurance cover me if my trip is delayed?

Travel delay – should your travel be delayed due to a valid reason beyond your control you will be compensated up to a maximum of £100 for Standard & Premier policies and £300 for Premier Plus policies.

Holiday abandonment – should you have to cancel your holiday due to a delay of more than 12 hours which is beyond your control you can claim up to £1,500 with a Standard policy (£85 excess), £2,000 with a Premier policy (£60 excess) and £3,000 with a Premier Plus policy (£60 excess).
